I’m swamped these days with calls asking the value of objects heretofore ignored. Either folks need to sell, or want to pass to heirs now, or are moving houses or donating. Of course many of us are cleaning up living spaces to make room for offices or an exercise area.
So I now offer a reduced rate on quick evaluations via photographs. I’ll write you a ‘restricted use appraisal report’ for the family to use for valuation purposes. I charge $85 for up to five objects of any value. This is a big reduction from our usual hourly rate, because this offer is not keyed to my research time of $125 an hour.
If you’re curious, now is the time. Email me with photos at elizabethapprasilas@gmail.com or call me at 805 895 5005.
